Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. The post holder will form part of the ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall Entertainments team.
The post will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to open welcome all
customers, promoting ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall through all streams of
communication. This role will provide administrative support for the delivery of entertainment
events, ensuring seamless information flow between departments and the effective use of the
venue ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills with an understanding of
marketing techniques, and will have the willingness to adapt to, and follow, all systems and
processes to enable a better customer experience tomorrow.
The role will be shift work across seven days of the week, predominantly between the hours
of 12pm and 9pm
