Date

4th August 2020

It’s safe to say that 2020 has been a strange and uncertain year for all of us so far, there have undoubtably been hard times but remember, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

With our venues’ doors remaining closed to the public, we are reminding our customers that we are on a pause, not a stop and we can’t wait to welcome you back in the future to create your very own #IWasThereWhen moments.

We are delighted that we have been able to reschedule the majority of our shows to 2021 and it’s exciting to see customers purchasing tickets to enjoy live entertainment when it is safe to welcome you back.

Having that special gig booked and date in the diary will remind us that venues, streets and pubs will buzz once again. However, we understand that the uncertainty of what lays ahead is at the forefront of everyone’s mind. That’s why, through our partners Booking Protect, we offer customers that little security blanket when booking tickets in times like these.

By choosing Booking Protect, you are protecting your ticket should you be unable to attend the show for reasons outside of your control.

One of the biggest things on everyone’s mind now is COVID-19. For just 6% of your ticket price, Booking Protect covers you being unable to attend a show due to COVID-19, for example if you are feeling unwell or a member of your household has contracted the coronavirus.

You can read more about the refund protection policy and what it covers here. How to you apply for the refund? It’s simple! You go to the Booking Protect website where you complete the refund request form and it’s done in five simple steps. The team at Booking Protect will be in touch with you and once the refund has been approved, payment will be received a short time after.

Now you can get those tickets with peace of mind.
