Physically Distanced Shows
We are delighted to announce the following show(s) are set to perform on the iconic stages from July:
The Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall are proud to have been awarded the ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard as well as the ‘Safe Travels’ stamp. Robust risk assessments, enhanced cleaning protocols and appropriate provision of PPE and signage to direct people flow are among the mitigation measures in place to provide peace of mind. Matching Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall's platinum standards, our providers of hospitality, security and maintenance are working with us to facilitate a seamless and safe event experience.
Please note that health and safety measures will be in place at the venues, that adhere to government regulations at that time.
Here’s what you need to know when booking tickets for our upcoming physically distanced shows.
Physically distanced seating
To adhere to government guidelines, we have introduced physically distanced seating for events. Seats are grouped together in bubbles of 1, 2, 3 and 4 and can only be purchased as a set. For example, you will be unable to purchase 1 seat in a bubble of 2, and 3 seats in a bubble of 4. All seats must be booked within the one bubble.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel and refund your tickets if you do not book a full set of physically distanced seating.
How do I book my ticket to a show?
1. Go to the event page
2. Click on 'Get Tickets'
3. When selecting your seats, you must select all of the seats in the designated bubble. You will be unable to leave an empty seat in the bubble as you proceed to checkout.
It is the bookers responsibility to ensure that the attending bubble is in adherence with the government roles and guidance around party size and household mixing. It is a condition of entry that all ticket holders comply with such directions and a failure to do so may result in the ticket holder being asked to leave the venue.

Upon booking your e-ticket will be sent to your email address (check your junk mail if you can’t see it). The e-ticket can also be downloaded if you log into your account here. Go to ‘Upcoming Events & Tickets’, you will see your show listed and the e-ticket can be accessed from here at any time.
These tickets cannot be printed but will be scanned from any (electronically) smart device. Make sure you have enough battery on your smartphone or tablet when you arrive.
Contactless scanning facilities will be in place in the venue. On arrival, please have the barcode on your phone and ready to be scanned.
Wheelchair and carer tickets
If you have an enquiry about an accessibility booking, please email our box office team at [email protected] As we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries, please allow 5 working days for a member of the team to get back to you.
We offer a refund protection service with our partners, Booking Protect. This will be offered at the checkout stage of your purchase of which the cost is 6% of the ticket price.
By purchasing Booking Protect, your ticket purchase will be protected should you be unable to attend the show for reasons outside of your control. For more information on the areas covered by Booking Protect, including those specific to Covid-19, please visit our website here.
Please note by purchasing tickets to a show, you are adhering to the venue's terms and conditions. By purchasing refund protection, in the event of Covid-19 circumstances stated by Booking Protect, you may be eligible for a refund.
