Celtic Soul returns to the Ulster Hall on 10 April 2021 for another stunning night of Van Morrison music.
Receiving critical acclaim from devout Vanatics wherever they perform, Celtic Soul are the definitive Van Morrison tribute. Anyone who saw their 2018 debut performance at the Ulster Hall will not want to miss another stunning night of Van Morrison’s music. Celtic Soul are delighted to return this time, once again with the Arco String Quartet.
The band perform songs from Van’s days with Them right through to the present day. Expect to hear the big hits as well as songs from Astral Weeks, Moondance, Avalon Sunset and the other albums from the extensive catalogue of the revered Belfast bard.

With years of playing in blues, folk, traditional and jazz bands, the seven-piece band have the ingredients to deliver Van’s music authentically. They are: Clarke Wilson on Vocals and Saxophone, Ray McEvoy (Electric Guitar), Marcus McAuley (Acoustic Guitar), Rik Gay (Drums), Keith Ward (Piano and keyboards), Gerry McClurg (Trumpet) and Mark Crockard (Electric and Double Bass).
The Arco String Quartet comprise members of the esteemed Ulster Orchestra. They have performed alongside artists like Foy Vance, Pavarotti, Russell Watson, Sir Bob Geldof, Rod Stewart, The Divine Comedy and Ronan Keating.
