Manchester United legends Bryan Robson, Brian McClair and Andrew Cole will be on the Waterfront Hall stage together, the event will be hosted by Jed Stone.
Robson moved to United in 1981 and signed the contract on the Old Trafford pitch two days later before a game again Wolverhampton Wanderers. Robson made his United debut on 7 October 1981 in a 1–0 defeat away at Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup. His league debut for his new club came three days later, in a goalless draw against Manchester City at Maine Road. He ended his first season at United with 32 games and five goals for a United side who finished third in the league.
Joining Manchester United in 1987, McClair scored 24 league goals in his first season, becoming the first United player to surpass 20 league goals in one season since George Best in the 1967-68 season. McClaire scored a total of 127 goals for Manchester United, the last two coming against Coventry City in a 4–0 away league win in November 1995, although he made some 60 first team appearances over the next two and a half years. In 11 years at Old Trafford, he made a total of 471 appearances in all competitions.
Cole joined Manchester United in January 1995, Despite joining halfway through the 1994–95 season, Cole still managed to score 12 goals in just 18 Premier League matches. This included his first, the winner in a 1–0 victory over Aston Villa at Old Trafford and five in the 9–0 rout of Ipswich Town, making him the first player to score five goals in a Premier League match.
