Customer Service Update
Our Customer Service team will out of the office Tuesday 24 December 2024 - Wednesday 01 January 2025 for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For events during this time, our team will be available at the venue 1 hour before the performance start time to assist with any queries you may have.
We will return to our usual office hours of 12pm-6pm Monday to Friday on Thursday 02 January 2025.

At the Venue
On event nights, the Ulster Hall Customer Service desk will be open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled show start time and tickets can be collected or purchased, if available.
Our venues are not open on a daily basis, to purchase tickets or to speak to our Customer Service team please contact us via one of the methods below.
