My Visit to the Ulster Hall
A staple feature in Belfast's entertainment and cultural scene, the Ulster Hall is located in the very heart of the city of Belfast. Here is everything you need to know before you visit the Ulster Hall.
What’s the easiest way to get the venue?
The Ulster Hall is conveniently located on Bedford Street, a short two-minute walk of the city centre. We are located nearby Great Victoria Street Bus and Train Station in Belfast, approximately within a five-minute walking distance.
There is also a bus depot at Belfast’s City Hall which is a two-minute walk from Ulster Hall, which hosts all main bus routes.
Where can I park?
Ulster Hall is situated in the city centre with both on-street parking and car parks available.
Nearby car parks include:
- Dublin Road, Hardcastle Street, multi-storey car park
- Great Northern Carpark, Great Victoria Street, multi-storey car park
All car parks are independently owned and operated by external companies. Whilst these are open for most events, there may be times when some car parks are unavailable.

When does the venue open?
The venue opening hours will be displayed on the event pages along with show times, where available.
What time should I arrive at?
We recommend arriving 30-60 minutes before the start time. We advise arriving early to ensure you have time to scan your ticket, allocate your seats and avail of our hospitality offering. Our bar will be operational on the day of the event, we ask that all customers follow the directional signage in place. Please note that we will be taking card payments only and one member of your party will be permitted to enter the bar area to place an order.
What time does the event start and end at?
All running times will be updated on the event page when they become available. Please note that due to the nature of live entertainment, running times may vary but we will always be as accurate as possible.
What do I do if I am late?
In some cases, we may have to ask you to wait for a suitable break in the performance before we can allow you to take your seats. Occasionally this can mean waiting until the interval, if there is one.
Can I purchase food and drink at the venue?
