Accessibility Booking Form

  • Please be aware that applications can take up to 5 working days to process upon receipt of a completed application and supporting documentation.
  • You must complete the form before making a booking. Bookings made before joining the scheme are not eligible for an essential companion ticket.
  • Essential Companion / Carer tickets are not open or intended for those who simply want a companion or require assistance with transportation to our venues, and is limited based on the capacity of our venue and the event.
  • The account must be in the name of the person with the accessibility requirement and not in any other name e.g. the name of the essential companion and essential companions must be aged 18+
  • Entrance will not be permitted for holders of carers/ essential companion tickets unless they are accompanied by their named Access for All customer.
  • Our team will endeavour to make reasonable adjustments to facilitate your request; however, due to capacity and space within our venues, it may not be possible to facilitate all requests.
  • Please ensure you have completed this form before purchasing tickets as essential companion / carer tickets cannot be added to bookings retrospectively.

Essential Companion / Carer Requirements

At the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall, we can provide a complimentary Essential Companion or Carer ticket if you require continual assistance or supervision during your visit.

An account must be set-up in the name of the person requiring the Essential Companion to attend the event. We are not able to set-up accounts in the Essential Companion’s name.

  • Your companion must be over 18 years of age and be able to assist you in the event of an evacuation.
  • This offer is not open or intended for those who simply want a companion or require assistance with transportation to our venues, and is limited based on the capacity of our venue and the event.

The person applying should be in receipt of one of the following:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment
  • Disabled SmartPass / Blue Badge holder
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB)
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (Guaranteed Income Payment)
  • CredAbility Card
  • Medical Authorisation

All documentation must be issued within the last 12 months.

If you require an Essential Carer / Companion ticket, our team will be in contact via email once you have submitted this form.

We will retain the documentation to confirm the booking and hold it on file for 24 months as per GDPR guidelines.
