How will I receive information about my presale ticket access?
Pre-sale access is available with all our membership packages. The venue will offer these on a discretionary basis and they may not be available for all events.
Members will receive their special presale access code for events via email at least fifteen minutes prior to tickets being available. For all events where pre-sale tickets are available, members will be able to purchase at least 24 hours ahead of the general public.
Members will enter their exclusive presale access code online in the ‘Promo code’ box to enable ticket selection for their chosen performance.
How do I access the dedicated entrance queue for members at the venue?
Priority queues at the venue are available with our Gold Membership package. The venue will offer these on a discretionary basis and they may not be available for all events.
The dedicated entrances at both the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall will be indicated by signage and once a member joins the queue, security will finish with their current patron entrancing and provide access to the VIP member.
At the Waterfront Hall, the dedicated members queue will be located in the middle of the two entrance doors. At the Ulster Hall, the dedicated members queue will be located at the middle doors of the venue.
How do I access the dedicated bar queue for members at the venue?
Priority bar queues at the venue are available with our Gold Membership package. The venue will offer these on a discretionary basis and they may not be available for all events.
The dedicated bar queue at both the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall will be indicated by signage and once a member joins the queue, bar staff will finish with their current customer and attend to the next VIP member.
At the Waterfront Hall, the dedicated bar queues will be located at the lower level of each bar. VIP Members will be advised on entrance which bars will have a dedicated queue facility if applicable.
At the Ulster Hall, the dedicated bar queues will be located in the Group Space bar area. The queues will be at the middle of the bar and/or right-hand side of the bar and will be clearly signposted.
How soon after signing up for membership can I start using my benefits?
New members will receive a welcome email within 24 hours of purchasing a membership package. Priority access at our venues and bar areas for Gold Members can be used from 24 hours after purchase. For presale ticket access, the sign-up deadline is detailed on the page for each individual event. New members who sign up by this point will receive exclusive presale access codes moving forward and in time for their intended event.
