1. What is Live from the Ulster Hall?
Live from the Ulster Hall is a new, innovative digital event experience, proudly supported by The Arts Council for Northern Ireland and the Department for Communities.
2. How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets for all events can be bought via our website, to find out which artists are performing Live from the Ulster Hall, please click here. The process on how to purchase a ticket has not changed. Once you have purchased the ticket, you will not receive a physical ticket but instead your event will appear in your 'Account'. Once purchased, detailed information on how to access your event will be sent to your email address.
3. Will I receive a ticket?
You will not receive a physical ticket but instead your event will appear in your 'Account' when you log in here. Once purchased, you will receive a booking confirmation email. A pre-show email will also be sent to your email address 3 days before the event, which will include detailed information on how to access your event.
4. How do I stream the event?
Please log into your account here and click on ‘Your Tickets & Upcoming Events’, then click on ‘Digital Content’. You will see the event you have purchase a ticket for listed here. We advise you to log into your account three days in advance. Content will be available to you from the show start time, detailed in your pre-show email which you will receive three days before the event.
5. Can I purchase a Live from the Ulster Hall event as a gift?
Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher here. The recipient can then purchase a Live from the Ulster Hall event using the gift voucher code.
6. Can I watch the event on my TV?
You may be able to watch the event on your TV if you have Chromecast, Apple TV with mirroring capabilities, a smart TV with an inbuilt browser, or by plugging your laptop or mobile device into your TV using an HDMI cable.

Yes! You can stream from anywhere in the world using our innovative digital platform.
9. Can I share my streaming link with a friend?
No, each booking is associated to the bookers account. Only one device at any one time can view the virtual event.
10. How long do I have access to the event after the live stream ends?
This varies by event. The end stream date of the event will be noted on the event page.
