Security
The Ulster Hall takes security very seriously and public safety at our events is always our top priority. We aim to provide a safe and secure experience for all customers ensuring their visit is world class.
We constantly review and monitor all of our security and safety procedures across both of our venues. We have a team of dedicated security and stewarding staff who are highly trained and experienced. In addition, you may see police officers on-site.
Arrive early to allow time to get through our security and safety checks. Customers coming to Ulster Hall may have their bags searched on entry, we therefore ask you to consider keeping bags and possessions to a minimum. We would also ask you to consider the size of your bags, no larger than a laptop bag will be allowed entry.
You may be subject to a search on entry by a member of our security and refusal to consent may result in denied entry.
In summary, here’s what you need to know if you are attending an event.
- Arrive early: We ask you arrive in enough time to pass through security checks and cooperate fully with our team.
- Have your ticket/e-ticket ready: Ticket scanning will take place at the main entrance to Ulster Hall. Please have your ticket/e-ticket ready for inspection. If collecting tickets please have receipt or email ready as proof.
- Large bags are not permitted into the venue: There are no cloak room facilities available so please make alternative arrangements before arriving to the venue.
- Be vigilant: Please alert our security or stewards if you notice anything you feel uncomfortable with.
Your safety and your enjoyment are paramount to us.
