Stephen Beaddie, better known as Chef Stevie B - is a chef from Northern Ireland specialises in making healthy food taste unreal. A co-founder of Seed Salads and a private chef for retreats and events, he’s built a fast-growing online community by showing people how simple cooking, big flavour and the right food habits can transform energy, confidence and everyday health.
Stephen has a strong background in nutrition and focuses on whole foods, flavour, fibre, protein and smart cooking principles to help people feel and perform their best. His style is no-nonsense, practical and rooted in real life - giving people the tools they need to make healthy eating far more enjoyable and sustainable.

Fresh from completing an 820km walk across Northern Spain on the Camino de Santiago, Stevie shares stories and lessons from the road, exploring how food, movement, community, adventure and purpose can all play a role in helping us live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Cate Conway will be joining Stevie as the co-host on his next show. Cate is a familiar face and voice across Northern Ireland, best known as a radio presenter and experienced live host. She’s brilliant at bringing a warm, fun energy to the room!
Alongside Cate Stevie will also have a selection of special guests from across the health and wellbeing space, Stevie will be on the tools all evening, cooking delicious food while sharing practical ideas, personal experiences and simple habits that can help us enjoy more healthy years doing the things we love.
