If you have lost or misplaced your tickets please contact the Box Office team on +442890 334455 in advance of your performance. Duplicate tickets can be arranged for collection on the evening of your performance only, you must bring photo ID and the card used to purchased the ticket along with you. Please note if you have purchased your tickets via a secondary agent, eg Ticketmaster, you will need to contact the agent directly to ascertain their own policy on duplicate tickets.
My print at home link won't work - how can I access my tickets?
You can log into your account from our website - www.waterfront.co.uk, you will require your email and registered password to access your booking information. You can request to have your tickets emailed to you as a pdf from this account section of the website. If this doesn't work, please contact the Box Office on +442890 334455 who will be happy to assist you.
I bought my ticket from Viagogo will you accept it?
Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall highly recommend that you only buy your tickets through recognised Waterfront Hall ticketing agents. If you buy tickets through a secondary ticketing agent or website, you do so at your own risk. Issues arising from these transactions cannot be dealt with by Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall Box Office.

What is the cancellation policy?
Provided always that if notice of the cancellation is received by BWUH Ltd. prior to the date on which the Period would otherwise have commenced then, if BWUH LTD. shall find another Hirer for the whole or part of the Hired Area, the Hirer shall be liable to pay only for that part of the Hired Area and only for that period of the Licence Agreement which has not been taken over by such other Hirer.
What is the age limit for your concerts?
The age limit for our events varies depending on the audience and content of the show. You can check the age restrictions for a particular performance on our website at www.waterfront.co.uk. Alternatively, you can call our Box Office on 02890334455
Can I take photos/recordings during concert events?
In some cases, yes. However, not for all events as the artiste informs the venue of their photo policy, which will be displayed at the entrance of the show.
What is the seating capacity of the main auditorium?
The Main Auditorium capacity in a fully seated configuration is 2,200.
Can I run a late night event until 3am?

The running time of each performance varies depending on the show. We update our website and social media platforms as soon as the timings are available to us. What are your Box Office opening hours?
Our main box office has moved to the Ulster Hall, Bedford Street. This makes it even easier to book your tickets for Waterfront and Ulster Hall events. The Box Office counter at the Ulster Hall is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm and until 8:30pm on event evenings. For telephone bookings our phone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. The Box Office counter at the Belfast Waterfront is now open 2 hours prior to a show to allow for ticket collection.v

What's the difference between seated and standing tickets?
For various events we will have seated and standing tickets available. Standing tickets are general admission on the ground floor of each venue, there are no seats available in this area. You will be required to stand for the duration of the performance.
Why do you have service charges on your tickets?
We know that no one likes to pay extra costs, so we do everything we can to keep our fees to a minimum, while still being able to offer you the best possible service. The £2.50 charge helps us to cover the costs of running our Box Office and website and to cover the cost of processing the booking from beginning to end.

Our carers policy provides a free ticket for anyone that requires essential assistance to attend a performance. The carers tickets are subject to availability and at the promoters discretion. Yes, all baby changing facilities are located beside the female toilets.

Unfortunately, we do not serve hot food at our venues, but a wide selection of sweets and snacks are available.
Do you serve alcohol in glasses or plastic?
All alcoholic beverages are served in plastic cups for health and safety precautions.
When it says doors at 8pm does that mean the show will start at 8pm?
No, doors usually open approximately one hour before the event.

When was the building opened?
Building work was completed in early 1997 and the building opened to the public on 17 January 1997 with a special concert, featuring the Ulster Orchestra, pianist Barry Douglas and flautist James Galway.
Is there a cloak room facility available?
No, we do not sell any unwrapped nut products in our facilities. However, please be advised that we do sell pre-wrapped items containing nuts at our venue.
Am I allowed to bring my breastfeeding infant into tonight’s/today’s performance/event?
