Head Chef and Seed co-founder Stephen Beaddie, better known as Stevie B, is set to return with the second instalment launch of his new Plate Up series – this time with the support of Armagh-based Linwoods Health Foods - a family-owned business with more than 50 years’ experience producing nutrient-rich seeds, nuts and fruit blends.
Following a sold-out show, Plate Up for Flavour in Waterfront Hall Studio in February, Stevie will be back with Plate Up for Performance on 11 April 2026, exploring high-flavour meals which fuel strength, focus and recovery without overcomplicating nutrition.
The partnership will see Linwoods’ products incorporated into live cooking demonstrations throughout Plate Up for Performance, showcasing practical ways to add nutrient-dense ingredients such as organic milled flaxseed and chia seeds into everyday meals.
Stevie is an Armagh-based chef known for making healthy food taste exceptional. With a strong background in nutrition, he has built a large and fast-growing online community around simple cooking, big flavour and sustainable food habits.
Taking those principles and applying them in a live show, Plate Up is more than a traditional cooking demonstration. The series blends live cooking with expert conversation, audience insight and practical takeaways that people can use immediately in everyday life.
Guest co-hosts for the Plate Up for Performance will be Tony O’Neill and Jen Curran, food content creators and former founders of Tony & Jen’s café in Belfast. Tony brings straight-talking performance nutrition, while Jen adds creativity, flavour and healthy snack demonstrations.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample Linwoods products on the night, with exclusive promotional offers available for both Plate Up audiences and Linwoods customers. The collaboration reflects a shared focus on making healthy eating accessible, flavour-driven and easy to maintain in everyday life. Linwoods Health Foods aims to enhance health and wellbeing through high-quality, sustainable ingredients, while Stevie’s approach centres on creating simple, flavour-led dishes that support long-term lifestyle change.
Speaking ahead of the event, Chef Stephen Beaddie said:
I’m incredibly excited to present the next instalment of Plate Up. These shows are about flavour, real life and giving people the confidence to cook food they enjoy without overcomplicating things.
“Partnering with Linwoods for Plate Up for Performance feels like a natural fit. Their products are things I use regularly in my own cooking, and it’s great to work with a local brand that shares the same passion for making healthy eating simple, accessible and genuinely enjoyable.”
Founded as a small local shop in County Armagh, Linwoods has grown into an international health foods brand now sold in more than 20 countries, while remaining rooted in Northern Ireland and in its founding family.

Clare O’ Hagan, Brand Manager for Linwoods Health Foods commented:
As a Northern Ireland business committed to supporting healthier lifestyles through simple, nutritious food, we’re delighted to partner with Plate Up for Performance.
"Stevie’s approach to flavour-first healthy cooking aligns perfectly with our mission to make it easy for people to enrich their daily diet with natural, plant-based ingredients.”
Plate Up for Performance will take place on Saturday 11 April 2026 in Waterfront Hall Studio. Tickets are available at https://www.waterfront.co.uk/w...
